Payment mode : cash, debit, visa and mastercard.
The spa access includes the outdoor spas, a eucalyptus steam sauna, a dry sauna with volcanic stones, a cold tub, access to the river and relaxation areas. A padlock and a water bottle are also included. A reservation is required because places are limited on the site.
Cancellation policy :
Care reservations have to be made by phone or in person. A credit card number is required to confirm the reservation. For all cancelled reservation less than 48h before the appointment, 50% of the treatment value will be charged on the card. For all cancelled reservation less than 24h before the appointment, 100% of the treatment value will be charged on the card.
